Frequently Asked Questions

Where do you source your food products from?
All our meals are made from scratch with fresh, never frozen products.  We use local products whenever available and can also incorporate Organic items upon request.  We do all our cooking in house and never buy premade sauces so you know there will never be any additives or preservatives.  With quality you can taste, we pride ourselves on making sure you are getting exactly what you want out of your meal experience and are happy to work with you to make sure it is exactly that.

When am I able to order?

New menu updates are posted every Tuesday evening by 5pm and ordering is available through Saturday at midnight for the following Tuesday pick up or delivery.  The website does not allow orders to come in past the deadline, so make sure to contact Chef Rachel to make special arrangements

When can I pickup?

Pick up is always on Tuesdays 11 am-1 pm at our Beaverton location and in the afternoon 3:30 - 6:00 PM

at our Newberg location (address will get sent upon ordering)

 

When will I get my delivery?

Deliveries go out in the afternoon on Tuesdays from 12-5PM within a 15 mile radius of our Beaverton kitchen location.  Some days we have over 40 deliveries to make between our three routes so please be patient with us and always make sure to leave any delivery instructions on your order form to help our drivers 

How do I order Catering?

You can find our full catering menu HERE, or contact Chef Rachel or Michael directly to place orders.  We need at least 72 hours notice to confirm or deny a catering request and are happy to discuss other options that are not currently on the menu
